Ten years of Poole Audi excellence

Poole Audi is one of Dorset’s success stories. And a story, which couldn’t be more relevant for 2010, that sees the 10th anniversary of this highly regarded new and approved used Audi centre.

Home to some of the most desirable vehicles in the country Poole Audi not only supplies an aspirational product, and one that still holds its own in these trying times, but it also supplies a lifestyle and an asset. Let’s face it an Audi, new or approved used, is an asset and that’s why the centre sells over 1100 cars a year!

At any one time you can view over 50 approved used Audis - all presented in the most pristine fashion - do be excused for thinking that you were looking at brand new vehicles here as the attention to detail while preparing these cars is second to none.

This is a very refreshing business and one to take a lead from. The board all share a clear vision and work towards a goal of exceeding every client’s expectations from initial contact with the company - be it by phone, e-mail or walk in, the service is a pleasure.

Let’s start with the team - six of which including managing director David Kelly, have been representing the Poole Audi brand for the full ten years and today work alongside another 90 personnel in administration, sales, service, parts and marketing. Each one a vital part of the overall picture. Poole Audi conducts an elaborate initiation period for all new staff members and even has a dedicated training body. Investment into personnel at this level is rare, to say the least.

So that’s the team behind the badge - the Audi badge - it really speaks for itself and during 2010 a number of impressive new models have graced the mouth-watering sales displays, and none more eye-catching than the R8 Spyder, this stunning car was showcased at the 2010 launch of the new A8. When Poole Audi put on an event that reminded clients what a car launch was all about - dry ice, a kicking soundtrack and hospitality to match - a niche 70-strong guest list were familiarised (in the most exciting way) with the new A8 and its almost space-age technologies covering all aspects of driving experience, economy and safety.

The flagship TT has had a facelift and boasts a new-look bumper and front styling with an additional 11bhp, all packaged with some impressive fuel economy, a headlining guest at the July TT on The Quay event, what a spectacle.

That’s not all that 2010 sees - as the new, and eagerly awaited Audi A1 has already made a summer appearance and this three-door, four-seater will be making a real autumn impact that’s for sure!

Poole Audi is a centre of attention, to detail, service and quality delivery - one of Dorset’s finest and one to take note from.
